Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out starting on the following business day, including priority shipments. Expedited orders received by 12:00 p.m. EST are shipped on the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. Expedited orders received after 12:00 p.m. EST are shipped on the next business day.

Wacoal Direct will pay for all duties associated with shipping merchandise to customers.

In addition, Wacoal Direct is an approved CREDITS participant with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). When a customer orders goods from Wacoal Direct, he or she authorises Livingston International Inc., an approved customs broker on CREDITS, to act as his or her agent and to transact business with the CBSA to obtain the release of merchandise, account for duties and taxes, control the return of merchandise to Wacoal Direct, and electronically submit refund claims on his or her behalf. Under CREDITS, the customer understands that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the customs broker, and that he or she will obtain the refund directly from Wacoal Direct. Further, he or she also authorizes the customs broker to forward any refund issued by the CBSA in his or her name to Wacoal Direct so he or she can be reimbursed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If your order is delayed, you will be notified by email.

They process orders quickly, and once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Their Service Team will make every effort to accommodate your request if possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, they accept returns as long as they meet the criteria below:

* Returns must be sent back within 60 days from the original ship date.

* You must use their returns system to send your items back. Merchandise sent any other way will not be accepted.

* The customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred in making a return.

* Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

* For any returns received after 60 days from the original ship date, you will be issued a merchandise credit.

*Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and have the original tags attached.

* They reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet their hygiene and health standards.

* If your garment is rejected as a return for any reason, it will not be sent back to you.

If you abuse their return policy, they may refuse to do future business with you. (e.g., purchase items you know you will return in order to reduce shipping costs or send back merchandise that was not purchased on their website.)

Once they receive your package, they will process it as soon as possible. They will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Your payment method provider determines the amount of time it takes before you receive your refund, so it could take 1 to 2 billing cycles. They appreciate your patience.
