Can I return the products?

According to D. Lgs. 185/99 (protection of consumers in contracts concluded at a distance) and Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may be exercised by the customer no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of goods ordered, the right of withdrawal is only for the customer - final consumer who buys for purposes unrelated to his economic activity and work and therefore purchases by communicating to the Supplier, along with personal data, your tax code. Approximate lead time and shipment of the customized product from the TAITÙ warehouse: 5 working days. Customization requires a fixed extra charge of €10 for each item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to TAITÙ Jewels and Home Feelings customized products and they cannot be returned, except for imperfections.
