Depending upon what you’re returning, they will let you know how to return the items.

Once a refund has been credited to your account they’ll send you an email notification and you will also be able to see the refund listed in the notifications tab in your account. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear on your bank account.
Can I cancel an order I’ve placed but haven’t received?
Yes, the cancel feature allows you to cancel an order within 1 hour (60 minutes) after the order has been placed. Simply go to your ACCOUNT and access your ORDER HISTORY. You’ll see your most recent orders at the top. Click on the order number you wish to cancel and you will be taken to the order details page, where you will see the Cancel Order icon. Click on it and confirm that you wish to cancel your order. A confirmation will then appear in the order details page to inform you that your order has been successfully canceled.
How long do I have to can cancel or the order?
You have 60 minutes to decide whether to cancel an order.
Where in the site is the order cancellation option available?
The “Cancel” option only shows on the Order details page for 60 minutes after you submit your order.
What happens if I used a credit or promo code for my order and I need to cancel or change the order?
Any credit, coupon or a promotion code used for a canceled order can be reused.
