Can I change or add to my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately, Goldie + Ace is unable to make any amendments to orders once placed. If your order has not been processed by their warehouse they may be able to cancel it for you so you can re-order the correct items, with the exception of sale or promo code orders which cannot be cancelled or amended. I love an item that is no longer online, can I still order it?

Goldie + Ace generally do not repeat styles, so usually once it is gone, it's gone! If you can’t see something online, you can always try one of our amazing stockists. See their stockist page here.
