Defender Camera accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.

All orders are eligible for free ground shipping. If you chose Express or Expedited shipping, your shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you before you enter your credit card information.

Once your order has shipped, Defender Camera will send you an email with your tracking number. This can be used to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Defender Camera take great care in packing your order to ensure it gets to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event your order is damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the box, any damage to your product, and the shipping label. You can report any shipping damage to us by contacting them. At that time, they will open a claim with the carrier.

Some of the reasons a card may be declined at checkout are:

* Declined by Fraud Setting – please confirm that your billing and shipping addresses match and that your credit card number, expiration date, and name were entered correctly. If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please select the PayPal or Amazon Pay payment methods at checkout.

* Declined: 15005-This Transaction Cannot Be Processed – the charge is being declined by the financial institution due to errors such as insufficient funds or international payment processing. Payments are processed on a Canadian server, and your financial institution may hold the charge as it can be considered international if you are outside of Canada. Please contact your financial institution to have the hold lifted and try placing your order again.

This warranty becomes void if the product shows evidence of physical damage from having been misused, mishandled, or tampered with contrary to the applicable instruction manual. Routine cleaning, acts of nature, and normal cosmetic and mechanical wear and tear are not covered under the terms of this warranty.

The warranty expressly provided for herein is the sole warranty provided in connection with the product itself and no other warranty, expressed or implied is provided. Defender assumes no responsibilities for any other claims not specifically mentioned in this warranty.

At Defender Camera, they provide a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on new products from their original date of purchase. They will also provide an additional 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty to all customers who complete a product review at www.defendercameras.com within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Please note, your replacement unit does not hold its own warranty and will follow the 12-month limited manufacturers warranty from the original date of purchase.

You will receive an email once your return shipment has been received by Defender Camera. They will refund your order within 3-5 business days of receipt. Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment depending on your financial institution.

For all “like new” or “as-new” condition products that you would like to return, follow the steps of the returns process within 45 days of receiving your order when purchased directly from Defender Camera. If you purchased your Defender product elsewhere, please contact your authorized retailer for return details.

Please note:

* All return requests must be made within 45 days of receiving your order. Returns must be received at Defender Camera warehouse within 2 weeks of starting a return.

* Include all original accessories and packaging when returning your item(s). Do not include any accessories that did not originally come included.

* Ensure that you carefully package your items so that they do not get damaged in transit. They recommend you use the shipping box you initially received your items in to make things easier (just remove original labels).
